You can get this unit in the same port, just from another ship. It hangs on cables along the side of the ship, so it is not particularly difficult to steal it. There isn't even any standing security. If you chose the “noisy” option, then the preparatory missions are over for you, but if you decide to work quietly, you will also have to get the Cargobob military transport helicopter.

Mini-submarine (Minisub)

The information obtained was enough to understand that it was not in vain that Merryweather was so concerned about safety. They definitely have something to profit from. But first you need to get the necessary “materials”, namely a mini-submarine located in the same port, only on a different ship.

Go to the port and follow the marker on the map. The submarine is suspended from a crane on the port side of the ship. There is almost no security - just one poor fellow, whom you will kill or stun on the way to the button that lowers the submarine into the water.

That is if you decide to board the ship. However, to receive a gold reward you cannot climb on board, so you need to shoot through the fastenings holding the submarine in the air using sniper rifle. In both cases, dive into the water, climb into the submarine and guide it to the place marked on the map. Floyd will be waiting for you there; he will lift the submarine with a crane and load it onto the truck platform. Get in it and carry the cargo to the marker on the map.

Cargobob

For this version of the passage, in addition to the mini-submarine, you will also need a Cargobob military cargo helicopter. You can get it at the Zacundo military base. You can enter it in many different ways, but be prepared for a warm welcome from an entire army of soldiers. As soon as you capture the helicopter, a military helicopter will chase you, just fly away from it on maximum speed, then take Cargobob to Sandy Shores Airfield.

The team, represented by Trevor, Michael and Franklin, decides to steal the target during its sea trials. Michael and Franklin take seats in the helicopter while Trevor pilots the mini-sub. At the beginning of the mission, pick up the submersible with the helicopter's hook and transport it to the marker on the map, deep in the sea. The Merryweather Heist begins after completing the mission "Shame and Glory". Having solved all the psychological problems of Michael's daughter, Trevor goes to meet his old friend and, part-time, roommate, Wade. He has accumulated quite a lot of claims and complaints against our hero regarding his behavior. I wonder what else they expected from a man living in a trailer on the edge of the desert? Pre-robbery reconnaissance

Drive through the gate and get out of the car. Look around and approach the foreman. He will give you a task to load containers.
