You can, in principle, write something else small, but I think I conveyed the main essence.

And now we can move on to examples.
If you look at the series Call of Duty, then she usually has. There are 4 major additions, a season for them and some other tinsel, for example, skins for weapons, cards for the player’s background and similar trinkets.
The same Black Ops 3 the seasonal edition costs 2,299 rubles, and large additions (for which the seasonal edition is designed) separately cost 675 rubles. Therefore, multiplying 675 rubles by 4, we get 2700 rubles = i.e. by paying 2,299 rubles for a seasonal edition, you will save 400 rubles + you can get something else as a gift (even though it’s common for Activision to swear and use bad words, they quite often give something bonus to the owners of seasonal editions).
And of course, by purchasing the seasonal pack, you will receive all 4 additions at once. The first two (at the time of writing this post) will be added to you immediately, because... are already out and you can start downloading them right away. And the remaining two will be added as soon as they are released.

You can take an example from another recent game: Fallout 4. He also has a seasonal edition and costs 1799 rubles. And it also has additions, of which there are three so far, but in the future there may be something more.
Add-ons for F4 individually they cost 2557 rubles, thus, by purchasing a seasonal one, you will already save 758 rubles (I think this is quite a significant amount). And in the same way, having purchased the seasonal edition, all these add-ons (now they are all out) will immediately be added to you and you will begin to download and install them.

And similar examples can be given from many other games with DLC and seasons for them.

And of course, in the end it is necessary to clarify that the Season Pass is a thing, as a rule, designed specifically for those players who want to receive "full gaming experience" (c)(i.e. those who will really benefit from all this additional content contained in the seasonal edition).
Because, Before you buy a season book for any game, first think and decide for yourself whether you really need it. Simply because if you want a specific DLC, then maybe it makes sense to buy only this DLC for a much smaller amount than for the season with all the other DLC.
