Description:
Once upon a time there was a X-ray mod on our website - a permanent outline of the contours of an enemy tank 0.9.15.0.1. It makes the outline of all tanks permanent and is therefore considered a cheat and is prohibited. Therefore, the modders decided to make legal mod constant outline of the contours of allied tanks for 0.9.15.0.1. Now it is no longer prohibited, since it only circles allied vehicles and gives almost no advantages. Although this is a controversial issue, maybe it will be easier for someone to play with it.
After all, there are often situations when, when targeting an enemy in the bushes, you can accidentally hit an ally who suddenly approaches under the gun. This mod will help you always control the situation and avoid the possibility of inflicting cron on an ally as much as possible.
Mod setup:
In addition to the stroke itself, you can set:
- color when hovering over allies
- color when hovering over enemies
All this can be configured in the file /res_mods/configs/silouhette.xml. It also has a field

This cheat modification, called “X-ray”, is in great demand among cheaters. Thanks to it, in order to see the outline of an enemy tank, you do not need to wait for the enemy to move out from behind a building or an obstacle to line of sight. Thus, wherever the enemy is standing, be it behind a house or a stone, he will be outlined when aiming the sight at him.
With the help of this mod you will understand how your opponent is going to tank, which direction he plans to go, etc. Now all enemy maneuvers will be in your sight, which will make gameplay more convenient. However, it is worth considering that this modification, like a number of others, is prohibited for use. Therefore, think carefully before installing.
Cheat x-ray download
The presented mod was first released quite a long time ago, but it continues to receive updates for functionality on more recent patches. To avoid getting banned, do not post screenshots or videos from the game.
In order to install the X-ray cheat, you will need to extract the contents of the archive into the update folder and confirm the replacement. Then you can go to the server and try out the modification directly in battle.

One of the familiar and memorable elements of the game World of Tanks - this is the outline (highlighting) of the contours of tanks when aiming the sight at them. If you move the sight or an obstacle appears between you and the target, the backlight disappears. This mod allows you to turn on the outline of enemy tanks in constant mode.
Despite the apparent tactical advantage, the mod is not on the list of prohibited mods and can be used without restrictions. The decision not to ban this mod was made, most likely, because the outlined outline does not give an accurate understanding of how the enemy tank is actually located relative to the map's topography, houses, destroyed tanks and other obstacles. The functionality of the mod is completely similar to the mechanism built into the interface and only slightly changes it. There is no additional transparency or simplification of the view of the playing space, unlike a mod or. Be careful - the last two mods are considered cheats and are prohibited for use by the game developers.
If you turn on the constant outline (highlighting) of the contours of enemy tanks, it will be a little easier for you to assess their position in space and it will become a little more convenient to shoot through objects being shot through. It will also be more convenient to shoot at opponents who are using it as cover and determine the direction of the barrel and assess the right moment to attack a distracted enemy.
An example of the mod working can be seen in the screenshot below. It can be seen that regardless of the distance and the presence of obstacles between you and the enemy, the outline of the enemy tank is always highlighted. 
With this mod it becomes much more comfortable to play, since now the outlines of enemies are always shown, even when you are not aimed at the enemy tank.
Features and benefits of using the modification
If you do not use amateur modifications, then the enemy's outline is activated only when you are brought to the tank. In other cases, a marker simply glows above the cars. This is not very convenient if the enemy is behind some obstacle, for example, a house. Or behind dense vegetation. You have to focus solely on the marker, and since the shooting is carried out in advance, the contour is lost.
Mod decides this problem and activates always visible outlines to make your game more comfortable. Now you will see the outline of the car that is hidden behind the obstacle!
