      11.5.2. When conducting the Grand Prize drawing, the Organizer additionally determines 1 (one) reserve Sequence Number of the Participant, according to the procedure described in clause 11.5.1.

Notification of successful registration of the Unique Code, Personal Data, as well as the Participant’s serial number (0000001, 0000002, 0000003, etc.) and the date of the next drawing in which this Serial Number participates, the Participant receives in a dialog box on the Internet registration form page. site, as well as by email within 3 (three) days to the email address specified in the appropriate field during registration.

10.3. If a Participant enters 5 (five) incorrect Unique Codes within 24 hours in the code entry field of the registration form on the Internet site, this Participant is blocked from participating in the Promotional Game for 24 hours. If a Participant is blocked 3 (three) times during the period from 05/10/2016 to 08/31/2016 inclusive, this Participant is deprived of the right to participate in the Promotional Game in the future.

10.4. Each Participant may participate in the Promotional Game an unlimited number of times, subject to the purchase of the Game Product and the requirements necessary to participate in the Promotional Game.

10.5. Participants, when filling out the registration form on the website www.moroz.by, are required to enter accurate information.

10.6. The Organizer is not responsible for errors made by Participants in the Advertising Game when entering the Unique Code and for the accuracy of the information, Registration data specified when registering on the Internet site.

10.7. The Organizer does not enter into a dispute if disputes arise regarding the determination of the ownership of the Package with a Unique Code to a particular person.

11.5. Mechanics of the drawing of Prizes of the first, second, third categories and the Main Prize.

The Organizer assigns one Participant's Serial Number per 5 (five) registered Unique Codes. By the time of the prize draw, the Organizer creates a list of the Serial Numbers of the Participants participating in the Current Draw (hereinafter referred to as the List). All Sequence Numbers of the Participants have the same digit capacity. To conduct the drawing, a lottery machine and a set of 10 balls with numbers from 0 to 9 are used. The winning Sequence Numbers of the Participants are determined by forming them from left to right from the numbers of the balls, one by one removed from the drum. The drawing starts from the first digit on the left.

11.5.1. The number of the first left digit of the Participant’s winning Serial Number is determined. To do this, the Organizer places balls with numbers from 0 to the first left digit of the last Serial Number of the Participant in the Current Draw into the drum. The organizer removes one ball from the drum. The number of the drawn ball is the digit of the first left digit of the Participant’s generated Sequence Number.

11.5.2. After this, all ten balls are loaded into the drum, the balls are mixed, and a ball is removed from the drum, the number of which determines the next digit of the Participant’s winning Sequence Number.

This is how the numbers of the winning combination of the Participant’s Serial Number from 2 (second) to 6 (6) digits are determined.

11.5.3. To determine the last digit of the winning Sequential Number of the Participant, balls are loaded into the lottery drum only with those numbers that correspond to the seventh digit of the Sequential Numbers of the List Participants, the 6 digits of which match. The organizer draws one ball. The drawn ball number is the seventh digit of the winning Sequence Number of the Participant.

11.5.4. To determine all the winners, the entire algorithm is repeated based on the number of prizes in the Current Draw.

11.6. The serial numbers of the Participants in the Current Draw do not participate in subsequent Prize drawings, with the exception of the Grand Prize drawing, in which all the serial numbers of the Participants registered from May 10 to August 31, 2016 participate.

11.7. The serial numbers of the Participants who became the winners of the Current Draw and received the Prize of the third category cannot become winners of the Prize draws of the second and first categories. The serial numbers of the Participants who became the winners of the Current Draw and received the Prize of the second category cannot become winners of the Prize of the first category.

11.8. The result of each Draw is necessarily recorded in the minutes of the Draw, signed by the members of the commission present at the meeting.

12. The procedure for notifying winners about the results of the drawing, the procedure for receiving winnings.

12.1. The winners of the Promotional Game are notified of their winnings within 3 (three) days in one of the following ways: via SMS to the mobile operator number specified during registration, by email or by phone call.

12.2. To receive the Main Prize, First and Second Category Prizes, the Participant must come to the Organizer’s office at the address: Minsk, st. Krasnozvezdnaya, 18b, 4th floor, from 10:00 to 16:00 from 09/15/2016 to 10/31/2016 (inclusive). You must have Packages with Unique Codes and a passport (or residence permit) with you.

12.3. To receive Prizes of the third category, the Participant must come to the Organizer’s office at the address: Minsk, st. Krasnozvezdnaya, 18b, 4th floor, from 10:00 to 16:00 from 09/15/2016 to 09/30/2016 (inclusive). If the Winners did not pick up the Prizes of the third category at the organizer’s office before September 30, 2016, then these Prizes will be sent to the Participants by mail before October 31, 2016 after the latter have provided the Packages with Unique Codes to the Organizer’s postal address. Packages must be received no later than October 20, 2016.

12.4. The amount of the Prize of the fourth category is transferred to the winner (provided the latter fulfills all the requirements of these Rules) before August 22, 2016 by sending a message containing Express Payment Card codes in the amount of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) Belarusian rubles to replenish the subscriber account of the mobile operator, specified by the Participant when registering Unique Codes. Conditions for activating PIN codes for Express Payment Cards are available on the websites of mobile operators:

Winning Cash Prizes After activating the Express Payment Card pin codes, the winners can only spend on paying for the services of the cellular operator and these Prizes are not paid in cash equivalent. Topping up subscriber numbers is available to Winners who are subscribers of mobile operators of the Republic of Belarus connected to tariff plans for individuals. Winners of the advertising game connected to tariff plans for corporate clients have the right to use PIN codes to top up third party subscriber accounts.

12.5. By taking part in the Promotional Game, the Participant agrees that, in accordance with Chapter 16 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Belarus, when awarding the Prize, the Organizer withholds income tax from the Winner and transfers it to the budget in the prescribed manner. The Prize is transferred to the winner minus the amount of income tax withheld from the cash portion of the Prize.

12.6. If the recipients of the Main Prize, the First and Second Category Prizes do not come to collect the prize at the Organizer's office in the period until October 31, 2016 until 16:00, the recipients of the Third Category Prize will not come to collect the prize at the Organizer's office in the period until September 30 2016 until 16:00 and will not provide Packages with Unique Codes to the Organizer’s postal address until October 20, 2016, the corresponding Prizes remain at the disposal of the Organizer.

12.7. The Organizer does not pay the Participants of the Advertising Game the expenses associated with travel to the place of receiving the Prizes.

12.8. If the Winner of the Promotional Game is a minor Participant, Prizes are issued to the legal representative (parent, adoptive parent, guardian) upon presentation of a passport of a citizen of the Republic of Belarus/residence permit in the territory of the Republic of Belarus of the legal representative and a birth certificate of the child (other document confirming the representation of the minor faces).

12.9. In the event that the Winner is unable to receive the Prize in person, the Prize may be collected by confidant upon presentation of your passport (residence permit), a notarized power of attorney from the Winner, and Packages with Unique Codes.

12.10. When receiving the Prize, the winner confirms in writing the fact of its receipt and fills out all the necessary documents provided by the Organizer related to receiving the Prize.

12.11. Prizes cannot be replaced. No cash equivalent of Prizes will be paid out. The Organizer's liability for issuing Prizes is limited solely to the above-mentioned quantity and types of these Prizes.

13.1. To monitor compliance official Rules of the Advertising Game, approval of the results, summing up the results of the Advertising Game, consideration of controversial cases, making decisions on oral and written complaints and comments that arose during the Advertising Game, the Organizer creates a Commission for the Advertising Game with the following composition:

15. Other conditions.

15.3. The fact of participation in the Advertising Game means that its participants agree that their last names, first names, patronymics, photographs, video, audio and other materials about them can be used by the Organizer in any advertising and (or) information materials related to conducting a Promotional Game, without paying any remuneration to the participants. The winner of the Advertising Game agrees to be interviewed in the media and filmed for promotional materials prepared in connection with this Advertising Game, without paying him any remuneration. All rights to such advertising materials belong to the Organizer.

15.4. The organizer is not responsible for the operation of the Internet (for example, bad connection with the provider, etc.), cellular mobile telecommunications operators (poor connection with the operator, etc.) and the postal service (delivery times, safety of the prize, etc.).

15.5. The Organizer is not responsible for the inability to contact the Participant in the event of inaccurate information provided by the Participant.

15.6. The Organizer reserves the right to examine the Packages with winning Unique Codes presented by the winners of the Promotional Game to determine their authenticity. All Packages with winning Unique Codes, by which prizes are received, are transferred to the Organizer and cannot be returned to Participants.

15.7. Disputes between the Organizer and the Participants of the Promotional Game are considered in court in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

“Morozproduct” appeared on the map of the Belarusian food market almost 20 years ago, in the spring of 1998. During this time, excuse the somewhat clichéd expression, the company has won its place in the minds of consumers and trade in Belarus and Russia. “Morozproduct” symbols - the classic series of ice cream “20 kopecks” and “28 kopecks”, the charming parrot Gosha, the first Belarusian ice cream with pieces of berries and fruits under the FRUDOZA brand have become recognizable, popular and in demand...

Four years ago, in May 2013, Morozproduct JLLC opened its own brand new ice cream factory in Maryina Gorka. This allowed us to increase volumes and release a variety of new products. The company's portfolio now includes new types of popsicles, briquettes, sandwiches, cones, as well as original large-volume packaging (to be sure to be enough for the whole family or company) and much more. An entire magazine would be enough to list and describe. But this is unnecessary.

Therefore, today you will find out what you should generally expect from one of the recognized market leaders in 2017. At the same time, we will remind you and tell you about several original “models” of recent seasons.

All the best comes from childhood

We all know today that in childhood the trees are bigger, the sun is brighter, the grass is greener, and the ice cream tastes better. But this is kind of in theory. And the Morozproduct team decided to prove that everything really happened. At least when it comes to ice cream.

Exactly ten years ago, in 2007, the line of seals was revived, causing nostalgia among representatives of the middle generation - approximately 30 years old and older. It was a real marketing and taste breakthrough. People began to call the series “Soviet theme” or simply “kopecks”: ice cream “20 kopecks” and “28 kopecks”. The success was phenomenal.

But “Morozproduct” is also distinguished by the fact that it never stops there. In addition to the “20 kopecks” and “28 kopecks” seals - in different versions, since 2016 the company has launched a new series of sorbet “7 kopecks” for the market. Cherry-apple and apple sorbets are based on natural fruit puree intended for baby food.

It would seem that what else can be done that is fundamentally new, and why? However, in 2017, the company decided to creatively develop the famous “Soviet theme” and connect it with modernity. So at the beginning of the year, ice cream “28 kopecks” appeared with strawberry flavor, plus real creamy ice cream in the shape of a heart - with the same romantic strawberry taste. These new items immediately announced themselves.

At the largest Eastern European food exhibition "Prodexpo" in Moscow, new strawberry ice cream from the legendary "28 kopecks" series immediately received gold medal- as part of the “Best Product” competition.

The fact that the company decided to offer the first new products of the season back in January indirectly makes us recall Churchill’s phrase during the Great Patriotic War: “The people who eat ice cream right on the street with such appetite in the bitter winter are invincible.”

Gosha is good

Gosha the parrot has been and remains the symbol of the company - almost from the day it was founded. The company is changing... Gosha lives, grows and develops, following the interests of modern children.

As a result, under the old and truly good Gosha brand, completely new, somewhat revolutionary products are being produced today. One of these new products is “screw” creamy ice cream with the “Bubble Gum” flavor. It presents complex, interesting flavors, while the delicacy is presented in a bright and original way. Absolutely in the style and spirit of the Morozproduct company.

And a new generation of children, who know nothing about the first steps of the legendary parrot almost 20 years ago, will today babble touchingly to their smiling parents: “Gosha is good.”

By the way, this truth was confirmed at the already mentioned Moscow “Prodexpo” in February of this year. The new ice cream was warmly received by ordinary and non-ordinary visitors to the exhibition, and was highly appreciated by the professional jury. The result of the first appearance of new tastes and product revelations at this ball is a silver medal for the creamy ice cream “Gosha” with the “Bubble Gum” flavor.

Pistachio surprises

In addition, the Morozproduct company and its technologists have recently been working a lot and fruitfully with such a recognized nut delicacy as
pistachios. The result of this attention was the expansion of two popular ice cream series, starting in 2015.

Firstly, a series of ice cream in a crispy sugar cone under the famous brand "Gosha" added a new pistachio flavor. These products were launched two years ago and have become quite popular.

In addition, already in 2017 ice cream "Caprice"(famous for the use of chocolate chip cookies) was complemented by the unusually aromatic taste of pureed pistachios. It is unnecessary to write anything about their “unique, fabulous taste.” Imposing your opinion and taste often causes a backlash. Any average person will tell you this.

Let us only note that this ice cream did not go without an award at Prodexpo. Apparently, so that “Morozprodukt” could evaluate the entire medal range of the “Best Product” competition, the jury awarded the new “Caprice” a bronze medal. Although it certainly deserved more.

But we won’t argue about tastes. A medal is by definition good. However, sooner or later you need to put it aside and start doing something new.

Of course, within the framework of one material it is impossible to tell about everything that should be expected from the Morozproduct company this year. We only know for certain that there will be more news, very loud.

Let’s just give a hint in a couple of phrases... The company is confident that this year can become a landmark year both for Morozprodukt and for the entire ice cream market. In official terms, the company plans to release new products by the summer that will be of interest to consumers and beneficial to trade.
