Plot

I can’t believe that a small studio, which is simultaneously working on two role-playing projects (Torment: Tides of Numenera and The Bard's Tale), had enough strength to redraw such a large-scale game in just a year. It is worth recalling that Wasteland walkthrough 2 takes about 80 hours, and that's if you're in a hurry to move forward.

At the same time, inXile thought about those who don’t have time to read sheets of text. The characters here are talkative, chatter beyond measure, and if previously a good quarter of the game consisted of reading dialogues, now you can listen to them! Key characters now have voices. SH-center

Regardless of the difficulty of the game, the hero may encounter a strong opponent at the very beginning of the game when moving across the world map.

Points for a killed enemy are constant and are awarded the same for any difficulty.

What's the point in raping yourself? The choice of difficulty is yours. If you are an expert in this type of game, you can change the difficulty at any time in the game.

Medicines are expensive, injuries are inevitable, but there is a problem. With the New Recruit, heroes regain health while moving across the Wasteland map.

If you recruit the entire group of heroes (4 people) at the beginning of the game, then you will not have a place in the squad for new ranger recruits, only 3 vacancies for game characters that you can recruit into the ranks of the rangers. The total number of fighters in the squad is no more than 7 people.

Game characters who are ready to become rangers can join the squad at various levels and characteristics achieved. Recruited rangers from the citadel start at level 4.

A characteristic point is awarded for every 10th level, the game limit is level 50, which means that during the game you can only get 5 points. This suggests that special attention must be paid to characteristics when forming a group.

Action points (AP, move points in battle) and skill points per level depend on intelligence. Basic OD-6 and ON-2 with an average intelligence level of 3.

At level 4 / OD-6 and OH-3, at 6 / OD-7 and OH-3, with 8 / OD-7 and OH-4, with 10 / OD-8 and OD-5.

When you act in fights with one fighter or a group, points (XP) are awarded to all members of the squad (only depends on intelligence), so the sooner you complete the squad, the faster the game companions will increase their level.

If the squad is completely formed at the start of the game, and you do not involve game characters, then your game actions will not be judged by the squad members.

When hiring game characters, you cannot commit actions that are contrary to their morals, as they may leave the squad or, in the worst case, go over to the enemy’s side.

The first playthrough of the game was with the choice of only one squad member, 6 vacant places were occupied by recruits from the citadel and game characters, many of whom have an unsuccessful distribution of characteristics and skills, and low charisma.

IN this walkthrough I formed a squad of 4 fighters on my own based on the experience of the completed game.
