After all, a drop of water fell on the robot from a leaking roof, and just then the spring mechanisms failed. In one second, the animatronic parts pierced the maniac and died in terrible convulsions. After his death, it becomes known how the maniac’s first victim died. The Purple Man knew very well all the intricacies of Freddy's device and the rest of the animatronic robots, and he reprogrammed the bear. As a result, Freddy Bear bit off the frontal lobe of the little boy's brain. This incident became a local legend under the name "Bite of 87".

Of course, at first he was happy about this opportunity, because he had been looking for a job for a long time, and here it was, the long-awaited offer! The salary here is high, and the duties are extremely simple: sit in your room and monitor everything that happens in the halls through surveillance cameras. But there is still one drawback: the boss saves on everything he can, including electricity. He turns it off at night throughout the pizzeria. Therefore, every shift the guard must be in a dark room, with only a flashlight, the battery charge of which is minimal.

On his first day, Jeremy receives terrible news. A former pizzeria security guard sends him a message in which he makes it very clear that it is better not to stay with animatronics at night. Robot dolls enter the security guard's office, and due to their software glitch, they do not realize that a person is sitting in front of them. They think there's a costume endoskeleton sitting in front of them, and they try to stuff it into the Freddy Bear costume. Of course, the endoskeleton has a lot of sharp gears and other sharp parts, and a person can die inside such a suit.

After this message, the new security guard understands that at the new workplace, each shift may be his last. Therefore, he needs to rationally use the flashlight provided to him, since animatronics are very afraid of light. This also applies to electricity: it only needs to be turned on when you need to close the electronic doors, if the robots get too close to the security office.
